There is nothing like finding an amazing spot right in the neighborhood to photograph a family like the Valetine-Olan’s. It really was a magical evening with the beautiful light to celebrate their growing family. Although Nathan had more fun being my assistant than getting in front of the camera, I managed to capture his true character, which I love so much about photography. It really is not about the ‘perfect’ photo to me - it is about capturing everyone and celebrating a beautiful time in their lives -like this family milestone!
